Reservation Policy

We want to thank the City of Belmont and its wonderful community that has been so supportive of our transition to provide a wonderful dining experience at our new location.

To provide this unique dining experience that features locally sourced ingredients prepared fresh each day, our team of busy bees take the upmost care in preparing each day to provide you excellent customer service and exquisite cuisine.

To help ensure that we are able to provide our community equal opportunity to dine with us, we have implemented a Reservation Policy for you to review before placing your reservation with us through RESY.


Reservations

Making a reservation, while not always necessary, is a great way to ensure you are able to enjoy the Heirloom experience. We ask that reservations are done online through RESY. 


Tasting Menu Reservations

As one of the only restaurants in the greater Charlotte area that offers a daily tasting menu, that is inspired and prepared fresh each day by our culinary team, we ask that reservations for the tasting menu are done at least 24 hrs in advance. Please indicate in the comments section of your reservation, that you wish to experience our tasting menu. For tasting menu reservations, we do require that your entire party does the tasting menu so that everyone can enjoy their meal at the same time. Our tasting menu is 6 courses, each course coming out after the previous, and can take up to 2 hours. This policy is to ensure the best dining experience  for our patrons as possible.


Dietary Restrictions

At Heirloom, we work to accommodate all dietary restrictions. This sometimes includes finding creative solutions to ensure that the quality of your cuisine and your experience does not diminish. We have an amazing team of culinary experts that will ensure your accommodations are met. We ask that for any dietary restrictions, that it is made clear with your reservation in the comments section at least 48 hrs in advance, so that we may take extra care in our preparation for your Heirloom experience. 


Cancellation Policy 

To ensure that we are able to provide our wonderful community equal opportunity to dine with us, we have implemented a cancellation policy for reservations made. We are limited to the number of patrons we can provide a dining experience to for a given time period through the night, and each cancellation or no-show without timely notice limits the opportunity for other members of our community to fill this space, so that they too can enjoy their dining experience. We ask that if cancellation of your reservation is necessary, that you provide us at least a 24 hr notice so that we may open up the opportunity to dine with us to other patrons. We understand that there are things outside of your control that may happen unexpectedly, however, to ensure that we remain impartial to each of our patrons, we limit exceptions to our cancellation policy and enact a $25/person cancellation fee for reservations that are cancelled within the 24 hr window or no-shows.
